Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from a contactable physician via Pfizer sales representative. A male patient of unspecified age and ethnicity received the first dose of TRUMENBA via an unspecified route of administration, on unknown date, at a single dose. Relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient experienced severe pain and limitation of arm movement on unknown date with outcome of unknown. The physician wanted to know if there were patients who have pain from one dose prone to having pain from the whole series.
