Write-up: Information has been received from the mother of a 22 year old female, via a consumer (friend), who on approximately 24-JAN-2007 was vaccinated in the buttock with the first dose of HPV vaccine. On approximately 24-JAN-2007 the patient developed an initia"l rash at the injection site, which went away. A few days later, approximately 27-JAN-2007 the patient developed a rash on her entire trunk, spreading form her crotch to her shoulders.
