Write-up: Pt vaccinated with DTP developed fever, vomiting, lethargy, and bulging fontanelle. Observed closely. No antibiotics given. Bulging fontanelle subsided within hrs after LP. Fever persisted 5 days. Poor appetite for 5-6 days. Full recovery.
