Write-up: She had mild migraines lasting a couple of days for the last year and a half. The next day after She received the vaccine she started a severe migaine headache that has not stopped for more than a couple of times for two days, one time after being hospita"lized and receiving solumedral and DHE. Went to the ER three times to try to relieve the headache. On preventative medication for her daily headache but it has not helped yet. Has been out of school since 4/18.
