Write-up: Diarrhea and flu-like symptoms. Though may be developing dairy allergy. Changed diet. Symptom got worse. No bowel control. Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Attempted to control with medication. Still resulted in surgery to remove colon and appendix. Had ileostomy and pouch for several months before j pouch and closure surgeries.
