Write-up: This spontaneous report as received from a patient''s parent refers to a 13 year old female patient. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with GARDASIL parenterally (dose, lot #, expiration date were not reported). On 01-JAN-2014, the patient experienced anger issues, self-harming, suicidal, depression, severe anxiety, weight loss, acne, hip/joint pain, severe social anxiety, now non-school attendance and exhaustion. The reporter stated that their daughter had a severe reaction to whatever GARDASIL contains. She had a complete personality change after these vaccinations. She went from a hard working grammar school student with a future and ambition to a suicidal, violent, angry girl who lost all interest in life. She could no longer attend school and help in the medical community was severely lacking due to her age. Seek advice details: attended doctors, too young for medication, referred to Child and Adolescent Mental Health (cams) for counselling, did not help, symptoms continue. The outcome of the events was reported as not recovered/not resolved. The reporter considered the events to be life threatening, medically significant and disabling.
