Write-up:Information has been received from Sanofi Pasteur MSD (SPM) (manufacturer control# GB-1577272925-2016009825) on 04-OCT-2016. This case was received from the RA on 29-Sep-2016 under the reference number GB-MHRA-ADR 23660875. Case received from another health professional on 29-Sep-2016. A 12-year-old female patient received GARDASIL (batch number unknown) via intramuscular route on 20-Sep-2016. The patient received concomitant administration of (inhalers) on an unknown date for asthma. The patient experienced Swelling arm on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, discolouration skin on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, tingling skin on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, pain in arm on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, dyspnoea on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, dizziness on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, headache on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, hypoaesthesia on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, sensory loss on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, movement disorder on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, peripheral coldness on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration, musculoskeletal stiffness on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration and Neck pain on 20-Sep-2016 same day post administration. The patient was admitted to hospital on an unspecified date. The patient had a medical history of: -Eczema -Ear piercing. The patient recovered from: -Discolouration skin on 20-SEP-2016, Dyspnoea on 20-SEP-2016, -Dizziness on 20-SEP-2016, Headache on 20-SEP-2016. -Tingling skin on an unknown date in September 2016. PIRITON 10ml had no affect but ibuprofen and paracetamol helped with the pain. At the time of reporting there was a slight reduction of swelling and the pain has lessened. The patient was seen by plastics and we have an appointment with them tomorrow. The patient also saw a physiotherapist who has given the patient some hand exercises to do which will hopefully increase movement. The patient has another appointment to see the physiotherapists again next week and a further appointment with paediatrics in three months'' time. The patient''s outcome for the rest events was reported as unknown.
