Write-up:Information has been received from Sanofi Pasteur MSD (SPM) (manufacturer control # IE-1577272925-2016010075) on 10-OCT-2016 as a part of a business agreement. This report was received from the RA on 05-Oct-2016 under reference number IE-HPRA-2015-025159. Case received from a consumer/other non health professional concerning a 13-year-old female adolescent patient who received the first dose of GARDASIL (lot/batch number reported as N33040) on 19-Sep-2011, second dose of GARDASIL (lot/batch number G005669) on an unknown date and third dose of GARDASIL (lot/batch number G005669) on 21-Mar-2012. In the last 2-3 years since vaccination the patient had been very unwell, had constant headaches, had no energy, was very tired and very thirsty and had missed a lot of school. Investigations on an unknown date, included blood tests, MRI, CT, X-Rays, which were all clear. The patient had been reviewed by many doctors. She had tried a lot of migraine tablets but none have worked. It was thought the patient was suffering from migraines. The patient also experienced muscle pain, back pain, neck pain, weak and stomach pain and the symptoms were persisting at time of reporting. The reporter assessed the causal relationship: -between Unwell and GARDASIL as Unknown -between Headache and GARDASIL as Unknown -between Loss of energy and GARDASIL as Unknown -between Tiredness and GARDASIL as Unknown -between Thirst and GARDASIL as Unknown -between Muscle pain and GARDASIL as Unknown -between Back pain and GARDASIL as Unknown -between Neck pain and GARDASIL as Unknown -between Stomach pain and GARDASIL was Unknown.
