Write-up:Information has been received from Sanofi Pasteur MSD (SPM) (MFR control number # GB-1577272925-2016012457) on 05-DEC-2016. This report was received from the regulatory authority on 01-DEC-2016 under reference number GB-MHRA-ADR 23364839 and GB-MHRA-EYC 00135662. Case received from a consumer/other non health professional concerning a 13-year-old female adolescent patient (weight: 53.97kg) who received (Gardasil, batch number unknown) via parenteral route in September 2013. The patient had a medical history of epiphysiolysis, epiphyseal surgery in December 2014 and ankle fracture. The patient received concomitant administration of Boots ibuprofen, Boots paracetamol, gabapentin and ORAMORPH on an unknown date. The patient was previously a healthy child but now (October 2013) with weakened joints, bones struggling to recover from fracture and operation in addition to arthropathy. Bones no longer seem to be able to heal properly. This was not the case before the vaccine. The patient experienced significantly high levels of pain as a result of her bones/joints/growth plates not healing. Ankle fracture - took nine months to recover. Doctors had no answers. The patient was seriously incapacitated. The patient was admitted to hospital on an unspecified date. The patient''s outcome was reported as Not Recovered/Not Resolved.
