Write-up: Information has been received from Sanofi Pasteur MSD (SPM) (MFR control number # GB-1577272925-2016012409) on 05-DEC-2016. This case was received from regulatory authority (Ref no # GB-MHRA-ADR 23336061 and GB-MHRA-EYC 00134538) on 01-DEC-2016. Initial case received from a consumer/other non-health professional from a 12-year-old female adolescent patient received (Gardasil, batch number unknown) via parenteral route on an unknown date. Following this vaccination my daughter became weak, achy, headaches a generally fatigued, Headache, Pain, Photophobia, Decreased appetite, Social avoidant behaviour and Asthenia on an unknown date. The patient misses lots of school as she''s unable to get up and function in the mornings and spends her days just very flat. The patient has changed as a person from being bright, jolly and outgoing before the vaccination to now withdrawn, not going out and almost always fatigued. Went to general practitioner (GP) who after many visits contacted a paediatrician. The patient''s outcome was reported as Not Recovered/Not Resolved.
