Write-up: Information has been received from Sanofi Pasteur MSD (SPM) (MFR Control No: 2016001965) on 04-MAR-2016. This case was received from RA (ref no. IE-HPRA-2016-026027) on 02-Mar-2016. Initial report was received on 16/Feb/2016 from a member of the public (patient''s mother) which concerns a 13-year-old female adolescent patient received GARDASIL (batch number unknown) on an unknown date. Concomitant medications: None. Medical history/concurrent conditions: None. The reporter added that the patient was completely healthy and active before the vaccines. The reporter indicated that the patient has missed a lot of school since 2011. The patient experienced chronically fatigued everyday, brain fog, headaches, painful joints, sleepless nights, sensitive stomach and hot and cold flushes on 01-FEB-2011. The patient received corrective treatment with: TOPAMAX, Amitriptyline, CYMBALTA, LYRICA, (Pain Killer). The reporter assessed the causal relationship between Chronic fatigue, Foggy feeling in head, Headache, Painful joints, Difficulty sleeping, Stomach upset, Feeling hot and cold and GARDASIL as Unknown. Corrective treatment: The patient was treated for vertigo initially, then IIH. She underwent a lumbar puncture. Treatment included TOPAMAX, amitriptyline and CYMBALTA and is currently taking LYRICA and pain killers. At the time of reporting the patient''s symptoms were persisting. The patient outcome was reported as not recovered/not resolved.
