Write-up: Information has been received from Sanofi Pasteur MSD (SPM) (manufacturer control # 2016000749) on 02-FEB-2016. Case received from a consumer/other non health professional on 15-Jan-2016. This spontaneous social media report as received from a 13 year old patient of unknown gender with chronic pain refers to herself/himself. Information was obtained from a web page. Information regarding the patient''s other relevant medical history and concomitant medications was not reported. In approximately March 2011 (reported as "4 years ago"), the patient was vaccinated with GARDASIL (dose, route of administration, lot# and expiration date were not reported). The reporter stated that very day the reporter had never felt right. The patient experienced get terrible chronic pain everywhere/fibromyalgia on an unknown date, Ganglion cysts growing in the joints of my wrists on an unknown date, Back caused severe pain/degenerative disc disease in APR-2011, Both my wrists disabled themselves/couldn''t use my wrists/pain on an unknown date, Health deteriorated rapidly in APR-2011, Extremely fatigued to the point I was falling asleep everywhere and had to get at lease 2 naps a day in order to function on an unknown date, Severely depressed on an unknown date, Panic attacks on an unknown date, Rash all over my body/stretch marks on an unknown date, Rash all over my body/stretch marks on an unknown date, Hypothyroidism on an unknown date, Extremely fatigued to the point I was falling asleep everywhere and had to get at least 2 naps a day in order to function on an unknown date and I have never felt right on an unknown date. At the time of the report, the patient was getting tested for Lyme''s disease and Bartonella, as the patient was showing the rash all over the patient''s body (onset date unspecified) and had been told all the time that it was just stretch marks. The patient started to take low dose naltrexone. It was meant to have done wondered for Lyme''s disease and fibromyalgia. The patient stated that the GARDASIL destroyed the patient''s health. The outcome of the events of fibromyalgia, ganglion cysts, degenerative disc disease, health deterioration, falling asleep everywhere, depression, panic attacks, stretch marks, hypothyroidism, pain in wrists and extremely fatigue was unknown. The outcome of the events of rash all over the body and never felt right was not recovered/not resolved. The patient stated that the events were related to GARDASIL and was looking into getting compensation because of what happened to the patient from the vaccination. The events of ganglion cyst in the joints of the patient''s wrists, pain in wrists and degenerative disc disease were considered as disabling by the patient. This is one of several reports received from the same source. Additional information has been requested. The patient was admitted to hospital on an unspecified date. The patient had a medical history of Chronic pain. The patient''s outcome was reported as Unknown.
