Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from two contactable nurses via a Pfizer sales representative. The nurses reported similar events for 3 patients. This is the first of 3 reports. A patient of unspecified age, gender and ethnicity received the first dose of TRUMENBA (lot M13066) via an unspecified route of administration, on unknown date, at single dose. Relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On unknown date the patient experienced faint redness and swollen at sight, fever at 101 F, stomach pain, vomiting, dizzy, severe headache, severe soreness of arm and she was nauseous. The outcome of the events was unknown. No follow up attempts possible. No further information expected.
