Write-up:Initial information has been received from Sanofi Pasteur (MSD) (case report number DK-1577272925-20160000748) as a part of a business agreement on 12-JAN-2016. Case received from a physician via Health Authority on 07-Jan-2016 under reference number DK-DKMA-WBS-0002303. A 13-year-old female adolescent patient received GARDASIL (batch number Kan ikke skaffes, Dose 1) via intramuscular route on 31-Aug-2011, GARDASIL, batch number unknown, Dose 2) via intramuscular route on 01-Nov-2011, GARDASIL (batch number unknown, Dose 3) via intramuscular route on 08-Mar-2012. The patient received concomitant administration of PRIORIX on 31-Aug-2011. The patient experienced Kleine-Levin syndrome on 01-NOV-2012 and sleep attacks on 01-NOV-2012. Vaccinated according to guidelines. Got the first sleep attack due to kleine-levin syndrome November 2012. This 7-8 months until diagnosis. The patient had a medical history of Migraine. The patient had received PRIORIX on 15-JAN-2001. The patient''s outcome was reported as Not Recovered/Not Resolved.
