Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from a contactable physician via a Pfizer sales representative. A 19-year-old male patient of unknown ethnicity received in May2015 TRUMENBA at 0.5 ml single dose in the arm and MENVEO in the other arm. Relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. In May2015, after vaccination (unknown if on the same date or day after), the patient experienced very strong muscle pain in the same arm in which he received TRUMENBA, very high fever and his urine color was found orange instead of yellow. An urine test performed in May2015 showed the presence of protein. It was the first time the patient showed protein in his urine. The physician wanted to evaluate whether the patient should received the second dose of TRUMENBA or not. The reporting physician considered the events as due to TRUMENBA. Outcome was not recovered. Follow-up (09JUL2015): Follow-up attempts completed. No further information expected.
