CDC Split Type:

Write-up: Partial seizures (repetitive head turning), progressed to grand mal seizure 12/11/2014, 12/14/2014, 1/10/2015, 1/21/2015, 6/4/2015. Dilantin effective to control, switch to Keppra not effective, addition of Vimpat effective to control seizures. Missed dose 6/4/2015 caused seizure.
