Concurrent conditions or pertinent medical history were not reported. On unknown date the patients were unsafe administer with a dose of hepatitis b vaccine (recombinant) (manufacturer unknown), rotavirus vaccine, live, oral, pentavalent (manufacturer unknown) orally, and BCG (manufacturer unknown) (lot #, expiration date, route of administration (for hepatitis B vaccine (recombinant) and BCG)) and doses were not reported for either vaccines). On unspecified dates, the two babies died (due to an unspecified reason) after receiving those vaccines. It was unknown if autopsy was performed.
