Diagnostic Lab Data: Severe liver failure, severe aplastic anemia. Liver recovered but severe aplastic anemia is still ongoing after 2 years. She has no bone marrow match and has failed three rounds of immune suppressive treatments with ATG horse, ATG rabbit, and Campath.
CDC 'Split Type':

Write-up:After receiving her third and last Gardasil vaccine on 2/11/12, my daughter started having stomach pain. We went to see another doctor. Doctor advised that it was probably constipation. The stomach pain never went away. Two weeks later, she was admitted to the hospital with Hepatitis Associated Severe Aplastic Anemia.
