Current Illness: Within 2 weeks of third HPV vaccine patient developed juvenile dermatomyositis. She has been treated for one yr at a hospital. She has a chronic autoimmune disease due to the HPV vaccine and the doctor reports increase in autoimmune diseases in girls who have had this vaccine.
Preexisting Conditions: None, healthy child up until this time.

Write-up: Within 2weeks major dev of juvenile dermatomyositis with muscle wasting and weakness. Developed Von Willebrand''s disease. Among other symptoms of a autoimmune crisis.
