CDC 'Split Type':

Write-up:Patient developed a vascular rash on hands and elbows, lethargy, aching leg muscles and back muscles as well as edema in her hands bilaterally with hand developing a purple hue. Diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease Juvenile Dermatomyositis. No cure, hope for a lasting remission, in 1979 3yr survival rate. Seen at hospital, rheumatologist caring for her.
