Write-up: Patient received her first GARDASIL on 7-11-11. Two days later developed nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. Symptoms continued over summer, fall & into winter. Weight loss of 26 pounds. Extensive evaluation non-diagnostic. Hospitalized for this & found to have Addison''s disease and thyroiditis.
