Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a 10 days old female patient who on 04-SEP-2010 was vaccinated with the first dose of PEDVAXHIB (manufacturer unknown) (Lot #, expire date and route not reported). On 16-NOV-2010, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of PEDVAXHIB (manufacturer unknown) (Lot #, expire date and route not reported). Suspect vaccine included first dose of ROTARIX (Lot # A41FB088A, expire date and route not reported) administered on 04-SEP-2010 and second dose of ROTARIX (Lot # A41FB088A, expire date and route not reported) administered on 16-NOV-2010. Concomitant vaccines on 04-Sep-2010 (also reported as 07-Oct-2010) included PREVNAR. Physician reported that on 30-DEC-2010, patient was diagnosed with intussusception and was admitted to the hospital. The patient had surgery and the intussusception was reduced and the patient recovered. Physician added that had not seen the patient for a post-hospital follow up visit.
