Write-up: Initial information has been received from a health authority (HA ref. DK-DKMA-20091250). It was reported that a 16 year old female patient who on 12-MAR-2009 was vaccinated with the first dose of GARDASIL IM left arm (batch # NJ50800, lot # 0773X). On the same day the patient experienced dizziness, nausea and vomiting a few times. Dizziness was initially interpreted as vestibularisneuritis by an ear-nose-throat specialist (date not reported). MR-scan was ordered (result not reported). At the time of report the patient had not recovered. Other business partner numbers include: E2009-04644. Additional information has been requested.
