Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a 16 year old female who was vaccinated intramuscularly with a 0.5 ml dose of GARDASIL. It was reported that sometime after she got the vaccine the patient had been having "fainting spells." The patient sought unspecified medical attention and went to an emergency room but was not admitted. The doctor reported that since the patient was continuing to faint then it was a significant disability/incapacity. At the time of reporting the patient was not recovered. Additional information has been requested.
