Write-up:Information has been received from a registered nurse (R.N.) concerning a 16 or 17 year old female who on an unspecified date was vaccinated with her first dose of GARDASIL. Subsequently, /"somewhere in 2007/", the patient fainted and literally fell on he"r head and had front and back cranial bleeding. The patient was brought to the hospital and was placed in the intensive care. The patient also had 27 stitches on her head. The nurse reported that the patient complained that she was still having headaches
