Write-up:Information has been received from a Registered Nurse for the Pregnancy registry for GARDASIL concerning a female with a history of obesity who in September 2007, was vaccinated with the first dose of GARDASIL (lot 658556/1060U). The patient became pregn"ant at the end of November 2007. The patient''''s estimated date of confinement was 03-SEP-2008, and the patient delivered on 20-AUG-2008. At some unspecified point in the pregnancy, the patient experienced premature contractions and was treated with bed rest. Unspecified blood tests and fetal ultrasounds were performed. No other information was available at this time. Upon internal review, premature contractions which required bedrest was considered disabling. Additional information has been requested.
