Write-up:Information has been received from a nurse practitioner (N.P.) concerning a 16 year old female who in September 2007, was vaccinated intramuscularly with the third 0.5 ml dose of GARDASIL. On the same day, the patient developed cellulitis at the injectio"n site, on her arm. The patient was evaluated in an emergency room and admitted to the hospital overnight for IV antibiotic treatment. On an unspecified date, the patient recovered.
