Write-up: Within 3 h of injection, client noted /"terrible rash/", /"itchy, red/" approx 10 cm around at site of inj. Had /"anxiety attack/" on noticing rash. No Rx at ER visit. MD /"go home, take med for anxiety and that she not get a third GARDASIL. She first sai"d she had not (anxiety) meds but then stated she took /"a XANAX/". She also used an /"itch cream/" on the rash. Rash and anxiety resolved. She reports not having had a reaction to the first GARDASIL.
