| | Write-up: Within 3 h of injection, client noted "terrible rash", "itchy, red" approx 10 cm around at site of inj. Had "anxiety attack" on noticing rash. No Rx at ER visit. MD "go home, take med for anxiety and that she not get a third GARDASIL. She first said she had not (anxiety) meds but then stated she took "a XANAX". She also used an "itch cream" on the rash. Rash and anxiety resolved. She reports not having had a reaction to the first GARDASIL. |
