Write-up:Information has been received from a medical assistant concerning a female (age not reported) who on an unspecified date was vaccinated with a dose of Gardasil, 0.5 mL, once, IM. Concomitant medication was not reported. Subsequently on an unspecified da"te, the patient experienced seizure. Unspecified medical attention was sought.
