Write-up:Information has been received from a Registered Nurse concerning a 14 year old female patient who was vaccinated IM with a third dose of Gardasil. The nurse reported that 2 months after the vaccination patient was diagnosed with a bleeding arteriovenous m"alformation. It was reported that patient was hospitalized (date and duration not reported) and had a craniotomy. The patient had a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnostic test done but no result was available. No other information was available. The
