Write-up:Information has been received from a Nurse Practitioner concerning a female with no pertinent medical history and no prior drug reactions who, in February 2007, was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil. There was no concomitant medication. The patie"nt''''s second dose of Gardasil was administered in March 2007. The nurse practitioner reported that the patient developed colitis after she received her second dose of Gardasil. The lot numbers were not known. As of 30-OCT-2007, the patient had not recover
