Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a female patient who on 31-MAY-2007 was vaccinated IM with a first 0.5ml dose of Gardasil (Lot# 657005/0314U). On 31-MAY-2007, the patient experienced a fever of 102 deg F along with dizziness and"nausea. Unspecified medical attention was sought. At the time of this report the patient was recovering. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
