Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a female patient who on 31-MAY-2007 was vaccinated IM with a first 0.5ml dose of Gardasil (Lot# 657005/0314U). On 31-MAY-2007, the patient experienced a fever of 102 deg F along with dizziness and nausea. Unspecified medical attention was sought. At the time of this report the patient was recovering. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
