Write-up: Information has been received from a health professional concerning an 11 year old female who on 27-MAR-207 was vaccinated with Gardasil (lot number 657736/0389U). Two months later, on 29-MAY-2007, she received her third dose of the vaccination (lot number 657736/0389U). On 30-May-2007 the patient experienced dizziness, felt lightheaded and developed an elevated temperature. Degree of fever is unknown. At the time of this report, the patient had not recovered. Additional information has been requested.
