Write-up:Information has been received from a physician concerning a 20 year old female with a penicillin allergy who in January 2007, was vaccinated with a first dose of Gardasil. Concomitant therapy included Levora. In March 2007, the patient was vaccinated with"a second dose of Gardasil. Within 24 hours of the second vaccination, the patient developed a headache. Concomitant therapy included Levora. In March April 2007, the patient was vaccinated with a second dose of Gardasil.
