Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning her 12 year old daughter who was vaccinated with Gardasil. Concomitant therapy included Menactra. Within 24 hours post vaccination, the reporter indicated that her daughter developed swelling, warmth and redness at the injection site. The symptoms resolved within a week. Unspecified medical attention was sought. No other information was available. Additional information has been requested.
