Write-up:Mother reportrd patient''''s arm swollen to the size of a lemon at the injection site and is sore. The swelling started after the shot but was larger today. The area is not warm to touch. No fever. The patient does not feel bad. Dr advise to use 500mgs of T"ylenol 2-3 times a day for 2-3days and warm compresses to the site several times a day till the swelling resolves.
