Write-up:Information has been received from a physician who received a fax from a patient, concerning a female patient who on an unspecified date was vaccinated with Gardasil. Subsequently, following vaccination, the patient became dizzy, her /"muscles were heavy/"", and she lost focus. Write-up:Information has been received from a physician who received a fax from a patient, concerning a female patient who on an unspecified date was vaccinated with Gardasil. Subsequently, following vaccination, the patient became dizzy, her /"muscles "muscles were heavy/"", heavy", and she lost focus. It was reported that a nurse sat the patient down, however sitting down did not make the symptoms any better. The physician then came into the room and gave the patient a shot of Benadryl. After receiving the Benadryl the patient wa was placed in another room for a short time. After a couple of minutes, the nurse went back into the room to take the patient''s blood pressure and found the patient having a grand mal seizure. The physician again entered the room and found the patient unconscious, not breathing, and her jaw was clamped and her lips were blue. The patient was subsequently hospitalized. At the time of this report, the outcome of the events was unknown. Additional information has been requested.
