Write-up: This is report # 2 of 3 for this patient re: 3 Gardisil vaccines. Mother states that after Gardisil #2, she had a fever, nausea, and vomiting, and then within 24 hours developed flu-like symptoms. Mother feels that after Gardisil administration, patient seemed much more susceptible to flu-like illnesses and various infections, e.g. sinusitis.
