Write-up: Information has been received from a physician concerning a female patient who was vaccinated with a first 0.5 ml dose of Gardasil. Two days later, the patient developed a full body rash. The patient''s full body rash persisted. Unspecified medical attention was sought. At the time of this report, the patient had not recovered. No product quality complaint was involved. Additional information has been requested.
