Write-up: Information has been received from a nurse concerning an 18 year old white female student (145 lbs., 64 in.) who on 15-MAR-2007 was vaccinated with Gardasil (Lot #654702/0011U). On 15-MAR-2007 the patient experienced feeling dizzy after the injection. The patient had not eaten all day. The patient''s outcome was not reported. No further information is available.
