Write-up: Information has been received from a pharmacist concerning his 22 year old daughter with a sulfonamide allergy who on 08-MAY-2007 was vaccinated with her first dose of Gardasil, 0.5ml intramuscularly. There was no concomitant medication. "Forty-eight hours post vaccination" on 09-MAY-2007 the patient experienced mild swelling in her throat. No other symptoms were noted. Unspecified medical attention was sought. As of 11-MAY-2007, the patient was recovering. Additional information has been requested.
