Write-up:Information has been received concerning a 26 year old female nursing student who on 09-MAY-2007 vaccinated herself with Gardasil (LOT#654741/1208P) which was exposed to room temperatures for about 4 hours, subcutaneously in her left arm. Concomitant therapy included cough, cold, and flu therapies (unspecified). On 09-MAY-2007 the patient''s left arm hurt. The patient''s experience persisted. Additional information is not expected.
