Write-up: After administering the HPV vaccine, the patient lost her hearing, became dizzy and broke out in a sweat, pale. I had to wait to give the rest of the vaccines. Patient laid down on exam table - drank some water and had cool cloth to the head. After 10 min - she was ok.
