Write-up:Information has been received from a licensed visiting nurse concerning a 17 year old female who in February 2007 was vaccinated with the first dose of Gardasil. A second dose of Gardasil was received on an unspecified date. Concomitant medication was not reported. In 2007, the patient experienced injection site redness. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. The outcome of the event was not reported. Additional information has been requested.
