Write-up:Information has been received from an office staff concerning her 14 year old daughter who was vaccinated with the first 0.5 mL dose of Gardasil and two days later had her first menstrual cycle. The patient had no menses in between shots and had her second menstrual cycle after receiving the second dose of Gardasil. The patient also experienced injection site pain. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. The patient''s status was not reported. There was no product quality complaint involved. No further information is available.
