Write-up: Information has been received from a nurse concerning a female (age not reported) who on 09-MAY-2007 was vaccinated with a 0.5 mL dose of Gardasil (lot unavailable). Concomitant vaccination included unspecified "tetanus vaccine". On 09-MAY-2007 the patient "got dizzy after receiving Gardasil. The patient sought unspecified medical attention. On 09-MAY-2007, the patient recovered. There was no product quality complaint. Additional information has been requested.
