Write-up: Information has been received from a licensed practical head nurse concerning a female who in March 2007, was vaccinated with Gardasil. Almost immediately after the vaccination, the patient experienced pain, tingling and numbness down the arm. Subsequently, the patient recovered from pain, tingling and numbness by the time and the patient left the office. this is one of two reports from the same source. No further information is available.
