Write-up:Information has been received from a physician and a nurse concerning a 17 year old female who in April 2007, was vaccinated with Gardasil (lot number unknown). Right after administration of the vaccine, the patient experienced hot flashes, reddening of the face, dizziness and sweating on her head. The patient had an unspecified blood test performed (results not provided) and sought unspecified medical attention. Subsequently, the patient recovered from hot flashes, reddening of the face, dizziness and sweating on her head the same day as the vaccination. Additional information has been requested.
